I used Cornell for a roof repair 20 years ago (2004) that lead to redoing a flat roof section. Quality was top notch. For 2024 that roof being close to thirty years old it was time to do a full replacement. I spoke to number of friends to see who all they used and got four different bids. Some were much higher than others. Cornell was very competitive. I really enjoyed working with Clint and his son. They do a very solid high-quality work with very high-quality materials. I had a roof leak that I couldn't find, a contractor friend looked at it and couldn't find it. I called Cornell Roofing and Clint Sr. came out and he couldn't find it but patched a couple of spots to try to stop the leak. The next time it rained, it was still leaking so I called Clint and told him that I wanted to get it re-roofed. He sent a guy out to tarp it for me and within a short time he had his crew on-site busting it out. Clint Jr. and his crew re-roofed and took care of all dry rot in two days. Cornell fixed a hole in my roof and did some work on my gutters. They were professional and did good work. I recommend them.
This company was recommended to me so I called to arrange for a roof inspection. I left a message on the voice mail but never received a return call. A few days later I left a message on their website. This time I did receive a reply although was from an auto responder. A week later I still haven't heard from them. I guess they don't need anymore business.
We didn't know who to contact and contacted several local roofing companies. Nearly immediately clear; Cornell Roofing was who we wanted to do business with.
