Having sat in more than 20 appearances (over 3 judges and multiple counties) with Ms. Cornell and working closely with her and her law firm, I can unequivocally state; She's one of, if not THE, best family attorney. Melissa is an AMAZING attorney and Chad is incredible at his job. You could NOT hire a better law firm to protect your family through a difficult change. The firm itself has a certain level of passion and compassion to their clients that I can personally attest you won’t find elsewhere. Without going into too much detail my case was NOT your average divorce and custody situation and she brought the whole truth forward and fought for the facts. My facts. And gave me a voice when I had been long silenced.
She was good and thorough to make sure my contract would not go against me.. She also was good enough to review my contract at the last minute and with short notice. But the charges beyond the retainer were outrageous! Over $1500 just for emails communications alone. Hopefully, I get what I paid for and my contract is iron clad 🤞
Melissa and her staff were very attentive to the case that we were faced with. She and her amazing staff went above and beyond for us. It was very comforting to know we had this amazing law firm, they were nothing less than incredible every step of the way.
Melissa and the Cornell Law Firm are exceptional lawyers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need. Filing for divorce was the most difficult thing I ever did.
