So overpriced for what (little) you get - only 2 free parking spaces, unless you want to park on the street but you have to wait until 6pm and get up at 6am to move your car. Or if you're lucky you can get one of the free god spots by the park/pool area. They charge you $36 for god damn garbage. Even with 7 people crammed in my apartment, I still have to pay over $600 for a double that was originally meant to be a single. Tiny kitchen, even having two people in there at a time is a struggle. Pros: off-campus housing for UCI students (obviously), close to everything, and residents get assigned parking. Cons: off-campus housing for UCI students, no visitor parking, and painfully overpriced.
