Great Management! I've rented with Cornell for 4 years and have really appreciated their quick response to maintenance and proactive ideas for the building. They even got a lumber out to fix a huge leak in my apartment that happenned on Christmas, when most landlords would say tough luck. I recommend them to my friends and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Seattle!
