I've lived here for three years as a retired professional. I love living in a historic building! The views are great, the building is super solid and is very quiet as well. All utilities are included. There are window units which is a turn off for many, but as noted it was built in 1949, is vintage midcentury modern, has its original kitchen sink and backsplashes, and vintage lineolium floors. Had a great experience touring and eventually leasing here. The staff are friendly and the building is very clean. Crystal, the property manager provided excellent tours of multiple available rooms, and was very helpful when it came to providing my family and I the assurance and information we needed to confidently lease with Cornell Arms Apartments.

Love it here! The landlady, door staff, and maintenance crew are awesome. My only drawback with living here is having to pay for the parking spaces. Parking is limited, but $100/month is steep. It is a pain to share the lot with businesses as well since people will often park in my assigned spot, and unfortunately the tow is not always available. I would love if the lots got redone to be scan access only, or more obvious as Cornell Arms parking. Other than that, this building has a lot of charm and wonderful neighbors.

Crystal is one of the nicest people I’ve met. I will never forget her!! She treated me and my girlfriend so well. She really cares about the people who live here and tries her best to get to know everyone. The maintenance staff and security staff are also some of the nicest people. Plenty of events and food, and good people. Try to room with someone to make it cheaper. I’ll miss the people!
