This is a neat historic community! I do not live here but I am a vendor for the community. Crystal, the community manager is like the community momma, every time I speak with her she speaks so kindly about her residents, sharing stories and experiences, she truly finds so much joy in loving on them! They are like her kids and it's very sweet! I hope my own children are cared for by the managers where they live as Cornell Arms residents are by Crystal!

EDIT 2/17 - the leasing office sent out lease renewals today. Despite constant lack of hot water (there is a mobile boiler on site because the boiler in the building cannot keep up), the fact that one of the elevators hasn't worked in 2 weeks, persistent mold and roach problems, they want to increase rent by almost $200 per month and increase parking passes by $25 per month. The temperature control in this building is miserable. The heat is centralized. You cannot control it. It is cooled by window units that don't have enough power to cover the units. There absolutely no humidity control. It's electrical system cannot handle portable heaters or portable air conditioners. It is cold in the winter and swampy hot in the summer. Not livable.

I have enjoyed living at Cornell the last three years, especially with the new management. The wifi is great and the staff here is really helpful and caring. They now have fun little events at the apartment that is geared towards both college students and for the families here. Location is great for college students who need to live close to campus for a great price. Since it is an older building, it won't have all of the nice appliances as other apartments. So your room won't look as "nice" as newly built apartments but you... read more

The price & the location make living here very worthwhile. As a USC student, it is incredibly convenient that I can access even the furthest parts of campus with a walk of no more than 10 minutes, given that Cornell Arms is situated directly adjacent to the Horseshoe (which is right in the middle of campus). College students looking to live within their means & not off of egregious amounts of money from your parents and/or student loans rejoice - Cornell Arms is the place for you! The customer service & the security personn... read more
