Three days after asking Rory to show the rental house we wanted to sell, Rory got an offer just short of our target price. He negotiated a counter offer resulting in full price offer with a two week escrow! Ten days earlier we asked one of those “We buy as is for cash” companies for an offer. It was almost $300,000 below the price Rory got for us. Our five star review is fully deserved.
