Rick is a fantastic business owner. Calls back quickly and has always been able to fit us in if we have an emergency cleaning needed. When we were selling our house, we found a big stain in our daughters room the day before our first open house. He was able to move around his schedule to get to us the morning of and the carpet came out great. He is on time for the scheduled cleanings and is reasonably priced, personable and hard working.
