I always have a pleasant experince. The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. I have never had a problem after any procedure.

I showed up a week early and the staff was able to accomodate me with an appointment even though it was not my scheduled time. They were very flexible about the whole situation.
Thank you so much for your time! I walked in without an appointment, and even though the office was busy with other patients---the staff and Dr. Jackson was very friendly,attentive, and helpful. I was in a great deal of pain with my wisdom teeth, and now thanks to their efforts I have an appointment with an oral surgen to have these teeth removed. I am so grateful for their immediate attention, time, and consideration.
There was a substitute for the cleaning. She kept the tool that suctions water and the tool to scrape the teeth both in my mouth at the same time. I MUCH prefer one tool at a time in my mouth when possible.

Courtney cleaned our teeth and she is amazing. She always does an outstanding job however I can't say that for your front office staff. Over the past year(s) the staff in the front office (Ginger) and not sure of the lady with the black hair but both are extremely rude, especially Ginger. She has no kindness or understanding about anything. We have been coming to this office for as long as I can recall and we are now considering going elsewhere.
