I was very pleased with my first visit. I arrived a few minutes early and was called back within a minute of my arrival. I was introduced to each person who worked with me, and each procedure was explained in detail. This is a customer service based business. I have already recommended them to a friend, and they reported that their initial phone contact was positive.
