I was very pleased with how nice the Doctor & His staff was.
Your prices have gone up so fast I am suffering from "sticker shock". Yesterday's work was $190.80 and the estimate for my next visit on August 17th 2016 is for $396.00. Before I confirm that appointment I plan to see if another dental office can do it at a better price. That saddens me because I know your work is the highest quality; however, since I live on my social security check and a small pension I may have to accept less quality to afford any service at all. A very friendly and professional office staff made my scheduled visit pleasant, quick, and high quality.
As always, the office staff was helpful and courteous. There was a problem with my children's dental insurance. One of the ladies spent at least 15 minutes on the phone trying to work it out with the insurance company. This was above and beyond what I have experienced any where else. The hygenist was very attentive to both my children's needs and Dr. Jackson was wonderful.
