I recently had LASIK done on both eyes by Dr. Gelender. He had been recommended to me by my brother who had a great LASIK experience with Dr. Gelender over 10 years ago. I felt like I was very well treated throughout the whole process, nothing was rushed, and it felt very individualized for me (as opposed to the "assembly line" style care that I've heard some other offices have). I wish I had gotten it done earlier!
Dr Beebe is one of the very best eye surgeons in the country imvho.

I had the most wonderful lasik experience at Cornea Associates of Texas. Every step of the way they were so thorough. I like they way they reassured me and did the same test more than once to make sure they had my prescription absolutely perfect. Nurses shared their lasik experience with me. Everyone kept telling me how excited they were for me.They calmed all my nerves on the day of lasik. It was quick and easy and pain free. The people at the Cornea Associates of Texas were extremely professional and friendly. They help you feel comfortable as you are going through the process of determining if you are a good candidate for LASIK. Dr. Henry Gelender was great in explaining the process that I was going to undergo. The staff was great at helping keep the nerves down during the surgery; which once in the room only took about 3-5 minutes. All in all the experience was amazing and I love the results. I highly recommend them.
After my local eye doctors could not fix the problem I was having with my cornea, Dr. Gellender fixed it within one treatment! I’ve worn glasses since kindergarten and now at 35, just had IntraLASIK and I can see!!! The staff is so friendly and makes you feel loved. 5 stars!!!!
