My CPA retired and sold out to Cornbelt. We tried them last year for our personal taxes and our mother's. They eventually got the job done, but with very poor communication. We never got the actual CPA to return our calls or emails, only one of his assistants. They filed an extension for our mother with no warning or explanation and no estimated payment calculations. Found this company through an acquisition of an accounting firm I used for years and was happy with. Unfortunately, when Cornbelt took over, they were understaffed and unprepared to handle the new volume of tax returns. Received nice welcome letters, but failed to ever setup an introduction or send an engagement document as promised.
