My visit was very welcomed and the people were very nice to me even though i have a very high gag reflex...they were very nice to me, and i didn't feel as if they were upset with me...while i was getting fit for dentures..thank you very much for putting up with me
Great friendly staff. I is so helpful that they offer early hours so that i don't have to miss much work for an appointment. I am always reminded of what i need to do to make my dental health better but never feel like i am being reprimanded by my mom! I would defiantly recommend FFD.
We were very pleased with our visit today. As always, the staff was professional and friendly. I really appreicate the kindness displayed by Nell Thompson D.D.S today. My daughter needed 3 baby" teeth removed so she can have braces put on in the future. Our orthodonist sent a referral letter with us today to Franklin Family Dentistry. Ms. Thompson worked my daughter in after her initial checkup. My daughter felt comfortable with her. I have been a patient at Franklin Family Dentistry longer than anyone--except Steph has even been there. While I have seen the practice change a great deal over the years--one thing has always remainded constant--professional, courteous care......I can not thank you enough for your continued level of dedication to your patients. For me there is no other Dentistry office.....Happy New Year & much continued success.
