I was very appreciative of the service given to my son today! We arrived about 10 minutes early, our appointment time came and Dylan went right in. He had his teeth cleaned in a timely manner. I was brought back to the room he was in for some consultation, which was good, and after a brief visit with the Dr, we were on our way to the rest of the evening! A special mention to Jane who helped on some insurance issues! Thanks Franklin Family Dentistry!
I was beyond satisfied with my visit! It was my kids' first dental visit and I felt as if the employees made us feel right at home. Most of the time I have to take my kids alone and always worry about how they will behave while in a doctor's office or meeting. The ladies here made me feel at ease as they took my kids and kept them busy during my exam! Everyone was so nice and did their best to have a great experience for my kids' first visit. I know we will have a great relationship with them for a lifetime!

The visit went just fine. I had a cleaning and fluoride treatment done and everything was explained thoroughly what I was going to be receiving. Consultation went wonderful everything was explained of what I needed done first to the last. Excellent job as always.

I do not like the Dentist very much but Franklin Denistry did a Great Job for me & my 3 yr old, it really was Excellent Customer Service from start to finish & that makes all the difference in the world.
