Great staff – very professional
No matter who sees me at Franklin Family Dentistry, I'm always treated well and happy with my service. Today Jill was my hygienist and Dr. Young was my dentist.

Today, I was once again reminded why I drive to Franklin when there are dental offices on every corner in Greenwood. Excellent, prompt, warm, and expert care today. I was very nervous about a crown repair. Thank you Franklin Family Dentistry.
I had excellent care for my teeth and excellent advice from my DR and the staff. I really appreciate everyone at the Franklin Family Dentistry for staying open longer to take care of the patients that work late hours. I just wish all Doctors and Dentists would were willing to stay open longer.

I’ve been going to this dentist for years, ever since I was a child. Within the past few years I have seen Dr. Shattuck and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is always very warm, kind, thorough, and happy to talk with you about any procedures or concerns. I never feel like I’m being rushed or made to feel bad about any work that’s been done or needs to be done on my teeth (I’ve had a lot). All staff that I have encountered have been lovely; I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Our family has been with Franklin Family Dentistry for years because we trust their expertise and work - and they always provide a pleasant atmosphere. Due to issues with my teeth, I have them cleaned three times a year, and I always get a through cleaning from the hygienist. I leave with whiter teeth and all signs of tartar and plaque gone. We've had cleanings, fillings, crowns, and bite-plate fittings - and we've had terrific, trustworthy service every time!
