My son had a great time at the dentist! They were so patient and friendly with him, plus gave him a toy - I'm sure he will be excited to go back. I really enjoy the friendly people that work at this office.

Quick and easy bi-annual cleaning. Very thorough as they took full x-rays and checked everything out. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I always find it a pleasant experience when I have an appointment. Going to Dr Shattuck and Franklin Family Dentistry is (Not like pulling teeth) a friendly, professional, experience. I feel that I am cared for and am listened to when I come in for appointments. I have recommended and spread my experiences to others so they can have a pleasant dental experience as well.

We just switched to Franklin Family Dentistry and I couldn't be more pleased! From the office staff, to the assistants to Dr. Lori, everyone was so welcoming, kind and patient. My son was extremely apprehensive so plans changed a little and he got to watch my daughter get her teeth cleaned. Dr. Lori was amazing! My daughter has been embarrassed lately because of her teeth crowding. Hearing from Dr. Lori that she has beautiful teeth and just needs a little ortho work made her feel so much better!
