I have received very good service and have always been kept informed about any service I was receiving.
Jeff Hillmeyer is an excellent salesperson. Jeff is knowledgeable and a master of the "soft sell." Jeff sold me on the MKZ. And the MKZ sold me on the MKZ.
We were given all the information we asked about. He was very informed and polite, and i would purchase another car from him, he was an excellent sales person.
Service center was clean and efficient. It always seems that I have to call to see if my car is ready. I would prefer the service center call me as soon as the car is ready.
Work completed on time, and free car wash.
