The ONLY reason I didn't rate a 1 was because your tech was nice & the job was completed. He was there to fix some plumbing for the outside spigot, however, I asked him to look at my leaky faucet as well. I said that I think the o-ring was bad but he said that the o-ring was missing. Not being a COMPLETE moron, I know that o-rings are a couple of dollars, MAX. He comes back with an estimate for the plumbing repair & faucet "repair". Outstanding customer service. Helpful and pleasant technicians. We have been a Corley service partner for our plumbing and electric for several years. They are not cheap, and they do quality work with quality parts at fair prices. They charge enough to be there next time! :)

Yesterday, the electric motor of my 12-year-old Insinkerator 'dispose-all' seized up and began smoking - not an ideal start to a Saturday morning. I got several Corley personnel on the phone immediately, scheduled same-day replacement of the entire unit, and rehearsed with them what I needed to do if I decided I needed to emergency-disconnect the unit before they arrived. Fortunately, the motor cooled off and quit smoking, and Corley replaced it without incident. My thanks to the Corley team for another after-hours "save."

Work completed last year already giving us problems again. Work done as routine maintenance took way too long and repairman left it half completed. Rescheduled on us several times-broken promises on a refund for almost a month. Not a very reliable company. We spent a lot of money having them redo some things that I have no confidence in now after dealing with them for a while.

What can we say, but Excellent. We had two issues where we used Corley, Plumbing and Air Conditioning. Everyone was excellent, professional, very knowledgeable, left the place very clean. We couldn't ask for anything else. Thank you again. Took out a Service Contract, so we will be using them again.

Booked an appointment for a Monday because weekend (after hour) calls were expensive. After waiting through the weekend we got a call on Monday after 2:00pm saying they had other higher priority jobs and would not make it to us unless we paid for after hours service. The technician was supposed to be at our house between 1:00-6:00. This left us no time to find another company to make it out the same day. I'm sorry you had a home without air conditioning for I know how uncomfortable that is. After reading about your experience, I agree we could have given you earlier notice to make other arrangements and for that I apologize we didn't inform you sooner. When temperatures are as hot as we've been experiencing, we do everything possible to get to all homes, but we do have to start with our Service Partners as they receive a 4 hour response time as part of their plan. I hope that you have been able to get your air repaired.
After calling around they came today and fixed the water pipe that broke under the house. Great job and thanks.
Yuri saved us from heap of heat and worry. Fixed our aircon after hours and gave us a good lesson on how to avoid the problem again. Very patient.
