Do not use Corley. Extremely overpriced. DO NOT let them install a fabricated pan under your dishwasher. You will not be able to get the dishwasher out for repair without damaging it and at that point you pay to have your dishwasher reinstalled!!!! Unbelievable!
How do you not offer a no cost consultation? An appliance delivery went wrong and the company that caused the damage is paying to fix the problem. They require an estimate invoice before okaying and paying to perform the work. We have flooring that needs replaced in our laundry room. We just need a water heater disconnected so flooring can be replaced and then reconnected. Its's not huge water heater or in a weird place, just needed to be moved about 2-3 feet for maybe an hour tops and then reconnected. Your phone agent gave... read more
I don't recommend this company to anyone. Over priced for starters and when you call for a service call the tech will snoop around your house trying to find other things to up charge you for. Not sure how this owner sleeps at night knowing he is charging to much for services and that his tech teams sell products and services that people don't need. Find a local handy man to do your work dont use Corley.
Worst experience I have ever had. We purchased an air condenser from Corley in 2017 and after 2 years we moved our service agreement to another Lennox certified service company, because Corley always charges a minimum of $2,000 for anything. You guys are not even an authorized Lennox dealer and your company rep who I purchased it from said you are.
RecommendedOur Air conditioner unit went completely out over the weekend. We called Corley and Jason Bunch came out. Very professional and very eager to help us. On Monday morning before scheduled time the BEST too workers Jamie and Dustin was ready to get our NEW UNIT INSTALLED. They are very PROFESSIONAL and really took their time explaining everything to us. I highly recommend this company. They did EVERYTHING they said they would do.

I just had a new A/C system installed by Corley. Called them on a Saturday and had a repair guy at my house within an hour. My 13 year old unit wasn’t worth repairing so an install consultant had to come out. He was there within another hour. I had portable A/C units running within another couple hours and they installed my new unit on Tuesday. Every person I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Besides being very quick to come out and fix our problem late in the evening, the over the top customer service from the company is outstanding! Goes very far these days! Hard to come by.
