Staff was very rude! Not even a basic “thank you” or “your welcome” for scheduling an appointment. Upon arrival to the appointment our family was turned away because I left our dental card at home. A picture of it could have been sent ASAP but it was not good enough! Corley Dental has lost our whole family as new patients! I’m glad they can afford that because they are definitely not the dentist for us!!!
Paid Corleys 1800 bucks for a partial that was never made. I ended up having some dental work that needed done before the partial could be made, a filling (that wasn’t done right and hurts worse now then it did before I had the filling made) and an extraction. Well my grandmother usually pays for my dental work and lives far away. We had the tooth extracted and expected them to use the credit on the account to cover the few hundred dollars I owed for that extraction. My 2.5 year old had an area of decay on her tooth we were worried about. We took her to a pediatric dentist in Decatur and had a traumatic experience. While I know Dr. Natalie wouldn’t complete any dental work on her, I trust and value her medical opinion. My daughter was so excited to tell me about her trip to the dentist. i want to give a shout to Corley Dentist. they got me in fast to help me out. The staff all are very friendly their. They pulled two teeth for me and gave me good care advice. never got any pressure from needing anything else done. i highly recommend this place and i will be going back.
Dr. Chad is so sweet, he truly cares about his patient, he explains everything before he does it, he is very gentle and he takes his time. His staff is also awesome!!
I had a great experience when I needed a small chip taken care of and Natalie has it done in under 10 minutes! She was reassuring when I told her I have not had much dental work done and I was feeling anxious. so grateful for that kind of cars.
