Corky's Brick Oven Pizzeria Corky's pizza is very good and authentic. It's a little bit more expensive than what you get in a chain but well worth the price. The only problem I've encountered was being in there at closing time and the owner yelling at staff for taking late orders. Very uncomfortable.
Corky's Brick Oven Pizzeria is True Pizza! The first time I walked into Corky's they were roasting green bell peppers in the brick oven and the smell was heavenly. This is true auth Brick oven pizza. If you like uniform cookie cutter pizza Corky's is not for you. The crust is sorta round with crispy edges. They homemade red and white sauce is like none other I have ever had. Great Pizza I've only been there once, but was really impressed with the pizza. Also, it's really cool that they cook in a real brick oven which makes the pizza have a really crispy crust. I'm looking forward to going back. The service was great and the only complaint was that the salad was average.
