I used to love Corktown. They cared. They were responsive and community oriented. I feel like a burden coming here. I can’t get someone to answer the phone. I have to physically come into the building to schedule an appointment, follow up on my prescription refills, and ask questions. Dr. Riddles is amazing. Patrice is amazing. The original staff members who are still there are amazing. I can’t wait to find another provider who is happily to assist with my healthcare. I hope it gets better but I’m not optimistic.
I have been a patient here for more than 5 years, and enough is enough. The only decent providers they have keep leaving, and I'm not surprised why. The lab run by Quest is totally unprofessional. The tech will be talking on their personal phone the whole time they are supposed to be helping you. Not to mention being badgered for payment during your appointment. Went for a dental exam, usually am extremely panicked anytime I’m at the dentist but Alise made all my worries melt away. Everyone is so kind, gentle, and loving. They made me feel so at home I felt like I worked there. I recommend this place for all services they offer and I will be back :)

The assistance program websites are a convoluted pain. I struggle to understand what all they are talking about when satisfying different paperwork requirements. I would not be able to navigate this process without the expert help of Zayah at Corktown Health. He has always been patient and available when needed. I genuinely do not know where I would be without him and the other services provided at Corktown. Thank you to Zayah and everyone there!
