Been a patient here for years. Called to make an appointment, left a message, no response or call back and it’s been 3 days. Wonder if it’s sign along with the recent reviews to find another clinic.
Receptionists don’t know how to speak to people, answer questions, or offer assistance. Overall these offices are very unprofessional and don’t have much experience. I’d look elsewhere. I repeatedly asked not to know my weight as I have a history with ED and everything they put in my chart and also emailed to me has contained my weight. When I emailed them to let them know and resolve the issue I never received a response at all! I’m very happy with my experience at Corktown Health. I see Dr. Alan Frank, he is always so kind and caring, you really feel like he sees you as a person. He is never pretentious or judgemental about anything. There is usually so much red tape to get things done when it comes to health, but he makes it seamless to get referrals, med refills, or just about anything else.
