Corker Animal Hospital is not recommended for heart worms! I am an animal rescuer. I was contacted again today by a woman desperate to help a dog who wandered onto her property. She advised me she took the animal to Dr. Corker. The dog tested positive for heart worms. Dr. Corker advised her the only option would cost her between $600-$800 for treatment, otherwise she could watch the dog die. Why would you tell anyone a bold face lie? I am not a veterinarian. But anyone with half a brain would tell you the slow kill method wo... read more

WORST SERVICE EVER We had a rottweiler puppy with parvo, they sucked. we went up there everyday to visit him. His cage was never clean and it seemed like they just did not care. They were closed on days that they were supost to be open and we kept riding by all day just to see if anyone would come check on our puppy, and no one did. Guess what? He died on that day that noone checked on him, finally they opened again after calling ten times they finally answered this was a tuesday and our puppy died on saturday. I asked how i... read more

Dangerous Practices Stopped using this Vet years ago when I took my cats in for worming and shots, more than once, and Dr. Corker confused the cats, tried to worm the same one twice, tried to give the same shots twice to the same cat. I use Dr. Dennard in Gordon, GA and have for now 16 years. Dr. Corker did not impress me, but I felt was dangerous to my animals.

Very helpfull i have a laborder, his name was Chevy. My puppies back started off as two little scabs one at the top near his head and the other down towards his tail, lower back. Two days later those two scabs turned into a huge rip down his back, no fur, no skin and the smell of infection. we rushed him to the vet with no money in our pockets. at first he refused to see him without cash, but after assuring him our family was reliable he let us charge and did an excellent job my dog is now hilled and is growin his fur back. ... read more

Dr. Corker is obviously very dedicated to his patients The staff are very friendly and Dr. Corker is very dedicated to his patients and those of us who bring them for his care. He remembers who we are and will return calls after hrs. Last week I got there right at closing on Friday (1pm) and they opened the door and spent 30 unrushed minutes checking out my little one. I have used them for years and have always been satisfied.

just ok my puppy had some sort of ear infection last year and it worries me to death everytime i saw him shaking his head and tapping his ear so we called the doctor even though he was off that day and he took really good care of my puppy. i really appreciate him for taking his time to go to the clinic to meet us even though they were closed that day.

A Healthy Shih-tzu = A Happy Mama I can't say enough about Dr. Corker and his staff. My pets have been coming here for years. I know that I can call or stop by unexpected and be seen quickly by Dr. Corker. He always works me in for an appointment. He knows my pets are my family and treats them as such. His staff are wondeful and have always treated me and my pets great. I'm from a small town and the atmosphere here is "small town friendly"! I've never ever considered changing vets. I'm happy and my two little shih-tzus are h... read more

Great Visit I got a Yorkie from a local animal shelter. She had been spayed several days prior, and required suture removal. She also had an eye infection. I wanted to find a local Vet, since I was in town temporarily for business. I am very pleased with the service I received, not only did they offer office hours that fit my schedule, but they were very pleasant and instructive in answering all of my questions and the price was fair. I would recommend anyone to this Vet.
