David Never had a problem with Dr Corker or the staff. Could it be that some here complaining are bots? Possibly. That does happen a lot now. Anyway, our pets were always properly cared for and treated well, and any health issues resolved quickly. And the prices are definitely better than those jurrks at Houston Vet Clinic where we used to go. We wouldn't hesitate to take our pets back to Corkers anytime. Hope they stick around forever.
If you love your animals, don't bring them here! Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT bring your animal here if you truly care for him or her. I have a healthy, hardy and very sweet cat that needed to be shaved and Corker offered to do it. When he came home, he was frightened, nervous and sore all over ( I noticed by how he was walking and how he would moan when I picked him up). Do not take your pets to this drunk man!! I have done business in the past with Dr. Corker no problems, not until the other day. I have 2 dead kittens now because this man could not diagonose my kittens properly i told him to run the test and he told me he was sure it was just allergies and not anything else. so we didnt do the heart worm test or the feline rhinotrachetis test. it turns out because of his wrong judgement that my kittens had the rhino virus. they were put to sleep yesterday because the other vet on south hous... read more
Ms. Dottie Jones Croker Animal Hospital Killed Me. My Name Was Ms Dottie Jones. Once They Thought They Would Get Paid For Overdosing Me I Died. They Had No Words When They Came And Picked Me Up From My Home After I Had Walked In To That Hospital I Never Walked Again. Don't go there! I took my cats there and he spayed one and said the other did not have a uterus. The one he spayed (in january) just had 5 kittens on April 26th. I am stuck with the bill for the spaying and now have 5 kittens to find homes for. I wonder if he switched the charts which also would be awful because then the wrong one got all the pain meds after surgery, and that means the one he couldnt find a uterus had one. Dear old vet We've been taking our cats to Dr. Corker for years. It used to be that the place was always immaculate. Lately it isn't always as clean as it could be. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Dr Corker has always taken good care of our animals, given us good advice, and explained things to us well. His affect is fairly low which can seem like a lack of compassion, but his actions show otherwise. I can see why some feel he wasn't compassionate enough, but I know he has deep concern for the pets he serves.
Unhappy camper We have been with dr Corker for several years now.A few weeks ago we took our yorkie to him because she had been sick for about a week.he worked on her for 2 days taking xrays.He told us she had tumor pressing next to her liver. We needed you !!! Much to my dismay, I stopped at Corker animal hospital one day after work (w/script for my diabetic dog) the script was from another vet.in Gordan Ga. for insulin & needles. "I thought that since i had a script in hand any animal hospital would fill my dogs medicine ! I was turned down completely because i wasn't a regular customer there!!! what a jerk Do NOT go to this vet. I really thing there's a racial discrimination thing going on up there. I took my rescued dog up there and said she needed her annual shots. You know what they did?grabbed like 6 shots and went nuts. They charged me $213.00 along w/ her heartworm meds which are NOT around $20.00 at that office like they are everywhere else. They charge an ARM AND A LEG for EVERYTHING. You can get your annual shots for around $100.00 for an adult or full grown dog. They just think it's awesome to rip us all ... read more
