For years I have loved on this place. Great advice. Knowledgeable helpful people. Not today. I wanted to get a solenoid valve for my humidifier. The woman I spoke with didn't want to help me unless I had the proper HVAC credentials. Off to Amazon I went. $27, shipped to my house. No HVAC credentials required.
The older gentleman (bob) far right at the counter is jerk! He’s rude and extremely unprofessional! Cancel my account. I will never patronize Covington corken steel again.
