Service was terrible but food was worse. The atmosphere is great so maybe we will just have drinks next time and skip the entree. Appetizers were really good but my steak was less than desirable as were the sides, and my husband agreed. Server kept making excuses every time there was a screw up. The bill was a bit high considering it wasn't even a good meal. Maybe I'm just use to Silver Star or I ordered the wrong item.
Amazing food and drinks...Wonderful staff...Great atmosphere.... A must try....
My husband and I are usually here at least once a week as we enjoy everything about the Cork and Barrel from the owners, the staff and the especially the food. We always see people we know and we have brought just about everyone we know here at one time or another. We have had several birthday parties and even had business parties and have always been well taken care of. They have a real problem with the service. Food quality is respectable. Bar service is very slow. Wait staff is in need professional guidance.
We were seated promptly and had great attention and service. The food was delicious!
Recently just moved to Benton and we decided to try out this restaurant. I had to wait at the front desk for 3 min (that's after I started keeping time) before a very nice server asked if I had been helped. Four other employees walked by me and never asked. We wanted to sit on the patio, which had been reserved for the day but the party was over, and were told the party was still going strong and we wouldn't be able to sit outside. One the best meals I ever had! Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, flavor of the fresh food not overpowered, comes out. 3rd time here, never disappointed.
Finally revisited the establishment, and guess what. Once again they gave me someone else's credit card and gave my credit card to some other person. I'm done. Two visits in a year and both time get another persons bill and credit card and someone else get mine. I will never walk in the place of business again.

My husband and I ate here Friday night. The food was wonderful, and the waiting staff was outstanding! We will certainly be coming back.
