I had a horrible experience when they first opened, and thought I'd give them a second chance hoping they'd come around. NOPE! Service was incredible slow, excuses for everything, food was great but not fabulous (especially for the price), awful wine selection for a "wine bar", and charging an automatic 25% gratuity for our party WITHOUT posting any notices on the menu or anywhere (and, telling us this is "standard" in the industry)!!!! Definitely, won't be back ever again.

This is not a pissing match and this is nothing more than two different versions of a story.
Shocked and confused by the way in which Cork chooses to handle criticism from fellow patrons. Instead of simply apologizing and owning up to a "tough night" on their end, (of which we all know can happen) a defensive and less than classy approach was taken in response instead. I'm sorry my group had a poor experience, we made the best out of it and didn't let it ruin our fun.
