They greeted me with a smile and explained everything to me making sure I understood my treatment and what would take place upon scheduling.
As I entered Dr. Primm's office, I was pleased to be greeted with a warm, friendly and professional aura from the Receptionist to the Periodontist. Everyone made me feel at home and definitely knew what to do and they all listened well, answering all the questions I asked. I would certanly refer my friends and family to this Periodontist. He was great--very friendly and easy to talk to.

Dental hygienist, Nickie, I believe (we talked about remembering names ) was great. . very kind, concerned, interesting, funny, knowledgeable and good at answering my questions. She is a big bonus since this will be an ongoing experience! 😊
