My first visit to the Advanced Institute of Oral Health went very well. Dr. Primm and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a detailed treatment plan and financial information. I greatly appreciate the level of service.
Great experience! Dr. Primm and Kat took great care of me and were very attentive to my needs. Would not go anywhere else to have this procedure done. Didn't feel anything and had a slight pain after but 3 ibuprofen took care of it and have not had to take anything else. When I called thinking I may need pain meds, Dr. Primm called me right back. Now that is customer service!!
As always my office visit was great. In on time, prompt service. Great people to work with.
Dr. Primm and his staff were able to work me in very quickly, decide on a treatment plan and execute it all in a matter of a couple of hours. His staff was very nice and helpful and Dr. Primm and his assistants were knowledgeable and sympathetic to my phobias. All in all, an excellent experience (even for a dental phobic).

I have had dental problems all of my life. Dr. Primm and his staff have been very supportive and after my last visit "have made marked improvement." I would also like commend the young lady who has done my cleaning.
