Recommendedwait time is very minimal. the Care staff are professional and each take the time to listen and help. very clean comfortable environment from check in to check out, you are treated with respect, kindness and patience. I travel from TN to receive this awesome health care. Thank you to Dr McAlpin, Cassie, Vanessa, Lisa and the rest of the staff

Rudest staff I have ever spoken to. The receptionist even had the audacity to hang up on me after telling me she didn’t have to tell me anything that was concerning my son! I work in healthcare and I dare not speak to my patients like that! Very unprofessional!
