I feel that Dr. Serer is too the point, she's very thorough, and she takes one step out of time, without overwhelming you. And I love the fact that I can read all my instructions on the portal. It's very organized. My only concern is that if I have to drop off samples, it's a little difficult early in the morning because of the hours, but other than that, it's terrific. Thank you.
