I think she's very good, she helped me a whole lot, whatever people I know that went to her talked very highly of her, she's very good.
There were no delays. Staff was caring and efficient.
I got sick and ended up in the ER-I had to reschedule my appointment and they were so accommodating. Dr. Serer and her staff and friendly and knowledgeable.

She came recommended to me by several friends. Best advertisement there is. I was very nervous but she put me at ease right away.She was very kind, pleasant, answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed in my visit which enabled me to relax and ask all my questions and pay attention to her answers. The medical assistant who took my history, etc was very kind also.
