Costed me a lot to repair my oak wood floors that he had contracted to do. Vents where covered blowing off underneath my floors, moisture barriers not put right. Electrical people didnt finish the job and costed me a lot of money to put things right after i fired him. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Do yourself a favor.

Corey tore out an existing shower, wall and tub area and created a custom walk in shower. It turned out excellent. Corey has very extensive knowledge when it comes to showers, construction and knowing step by step how to accomplish this project. Customer service was a strong point of what Corey does as a contractor along with expertise in what he does. I will definitely use Corey again for future projects at my home. Thanks again Corey for a great job!
Corey was recommended to us when the house was bought in Jan 2023 to do some repairs. We also asked Corey to add a screened porch to an existing deck and replace some flooring in some of the rooms. At first they were very prompt and appeared to do a good job. The screen needed to be replaced with pet screen. While screen was down, we decided to paint the bare wood. I would like to retract my previous review that I posted. I did my review too quickly. There are a few things that I have texted this company about but still haven't gotten resolved.
My partner and I were able to get a home next to my inlaws so we could help take care of them. We needed some work done on the house for us, our fur babies and our inlaws but we didn't know of any contractors. A friend recommended Coreys homebuilding services. Corey and his crew do AWESOME WORK! Corey is very professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and does quality work. Corey is also very detail oriented. I had a kitchen backsplash installed April of 2021 it's beautiful however I noticed some of the grout was coming off, my first contact with Corey was in Dec. 2021 after several attempts to reach him via text and phone he responded that his household had COVID-19 well it's now almost the end of March 2022 and the issue has yet to be corrected after a couple of promises that he would come. Thank you, before project started I quoted you to do countertops and tile backsplash, you later told me just to do backsplash only you found someone cheaper, they didnt secure your countertops down right and they are moving which is causing your tile mortar to crack, i previously told you to get the people who installed your countertops to come back and secure, until thats done the grout will continue to crack!, I PROVIDE QUALITY WORK! I had bathroom repair work done for my mom in May with a 1 yr contract. After completion of work it has been very difficult to get them to respond. Before the completion, there were no problem with punctuality and responsiveness. It's been 2 mos now and my mom has not been able to use her tub. The faucet is not secured to the tub and the water leaks out of the tub. Panel is not secured near the tub. I chose this business because it was BBB approved. I definitely regret it.
