I ordered 5 jewellery items before Christmas 2023, and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping (locally, within the GTA). It took Corey over a month to make and ship the items, then another two weeks before they arrived. When the order finally came, two of the items were not even the correct items that I ordered. Please don't waste your time/money with this business!! My husband purchased a necklace for my first Mother's Day from here and requested express shipping to ensure it arrived in time for Mothers Day. We are still waiting for the necklace to arrive almost half way through June even though our credit card had been charged immediately. Has anyone been able to get a hold of this company? I’ve called 10 times, sent emails and tried to track them down through a pop up store in Whitby. Where is my order? Help!

Ordered several pieces at the end of August and STILL have not received any of them or been given any communication as to what is going on; the amount has already been charged on my card and at this point I just want a refund and will not be ordering from here ever again. I have emailed several times, called and left voicemails with no response. She quite literally stole my money.
