Muy mal servicio de estacionamiento, no hay sificientes estacionamientos y a siertas horas es un fastido encontrar uno, tienes que pagar a para separar uno, constantemente se estan las gruas se estan llevando autos y sacarlos del corral es caricimo, ademas hay problemas de cucarachas e insectos

6/10/09ok, corey place apts. lived here bback when it was royal oaks & didnt learn my lesson then because we came back to the "newly remodeled" corey place apts. they seemed ok for the 1st month. minor things wrong in my apt that was supposed to be fixed the 1st month or the supplies given to me for me to do myself, pest control once a month. 6 months later, nothing. try to talk to the mgr, nothing. the asst mgr does not even speak english. now if you owe anything on your rent, they will come through after closing on friday ... read more
These are some of the most ghetto apartments I have ever lived in. The police is constantly being called, car windows are smashed, parking space is extremely limited, people have been attacked on the way to the laundry mat, fights are always breaking out, some of the tenants living here are trashy, and Ive heard gunshots more than twice.
I lived here in 2006 to 2007, and this was my first apt. I was very inexperienced when it came to dealing with apartment managers and leasing an apartment. I wasnt allowed to look at the apartment I was getting before I signed the lease which was a huge mistake. I wasnt told that the air conditioning system was an old boiler system which uses water pipes.
