I misplaced my referral and the office helped to to get a new one from the doctors office. Had to do the appointment a later time that day. The exam and the staff were very through. Very happy with the care. Never realized that there was more to an eye exam. Very happy
Arrived on time for a 2:00 appointment. It took 20 minutes for them to ask for updated insurance information, and then we waited and waited. Even though the waiting room was empty it took an hour to be taken back, and then more waiting. The whole time the office staff were chatting and buying chocolate from a coworker. 7 assistants we're standing around chatting with 2 of the doctors with no respect for our time. When we asked how long it would be we received a snippy answer from an assistant. Looking for someone new.
Very nice office and staff,very clean.
