I love Dr. Jaquez but his staff ruins the experience for me. Every time I call, I'm immediately put on hold. Any time I have issues, I have to do the legwork myself. I wish I could keep going to Dr. without having to deal with them. Awful.
The whole staff is professional and caring.
Dr. Jaquez is the best family doctor we have been to in years. He takes his time with all patients and really listens to you. This is something many doctors no longer do! And the staff... they also listen to everyone !! Love this practice.
the only person there qualifying as any business being these is dr Jacques. His office staff is extremely unprofessional. Because of his staff and their incompetence of handling really anything at all not even answering the phone. Every time I call it's a 10 plus minute wait time just to say hello. They blame the system on the amount of time it takes them to set up appointments, sign paperwork, or deal with any referrals. They made me do it all. Only dr office staff I ever had problems with!!
Dr. Jaquez genuinely cares.
