I’ve been under the care of Dr. Jaquez for about four years now and have had a great experience. The staff is all friendly and helpful and cares about patients. Dr. Jaquez listens to your concerns and gives you practical options. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, helpful and caring. He tells you what you need to know about your health and answers all questions. I am pleased with this practice.

....I'd go elsewhere. I was told one price, charged me more. Waiting for the overcharge to be returned. (From 5/6/23) They forgot me the day of my scheduled appointment. Had to prove I was not lying by sending a screenshot of their answers to me. No apology. No refund of their overcharge. They have ghosted me and anyone trying to contact them on my behalf. Dr. Jaquez is knowledgeable, personable and takes the time to listen to his patients, explain options, suggest referrals to specialists if needed and follow through with follow ups and even personal calls when he feels is necessary. The staff is helpful and courteous. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Staff failed to contact an important service provider - after 5 calls. I asked for an appointment - was told 3 months out. I fired this doctor on the spot! Stay away....lots of other doctors that REALLY care about their patients.

I've repeatedly called his office and have spoke to the front desk staff that promised he'd give me a call back. I've also emailed numerous times to the email provided by him with no response. Once he got the money from the intional appointment, everything else has been a struggle or he just doesn't care. BEWARE
I love Dr. Jaquez but his staff ruins the experience for me. Every time I call, I'm immediately put on hold. Any time I have issues, I have to do the legwork myself. I wish I could keep going to Dr. without having to deal with them. Awful.
