His root canal was not done correctly. I went back to him, understanding accidents happen, but could he redo his work. Immediately I felt patient shamed like somehow it was in my head and maybe it was something I was doing. I’m 57 and have had several root canals. What immediately drew me to Dr. Warrenbrand's office was how friendly Michelle, their front desk person, was on the phone. She was patient, listened to my needs, helped me schedule an appointment despite all my crazy plan changes, and was super accommodating and friendly. Hands down the best! I have always been uncomfortable, in pain, and had massive anxiety when it came to anything dentistry, even a simple cleaning. Here I am calm, comfortable, and never in pain. The entire practice is awesome and I look forward to seeing them!
