Waited 4.5 hours to be seen in the ER. Unacceptable 👎
The staff in the ER were very kind. I was very pleased. I will never hesitate and wait last minute to go to the ER ever again. I will be going to Royal oak for all my medical needs, I honestly can't not believe the difference from downtown Detroit.
I recently had hernia surgery at Beaumont Royal Oak Hospital,the whole process from registering and preparing for surgery and the surgery itself went smoothly everyone involved throughout the process was awesome. Thank you to the staff
I waited almost forty five minutes to have my blood drawn. Go to the restroom back there in that area. Someone left a Plastic container under the toilet seat I asked a worker if she could remove it She said yes she Never came back I waited five minutes for someone else to come and remove it. Not good .
