I’m not sure of the lady Dr name but I went in there with a vision issue. My eyes were on FIRE. Even a little bit of light was making them drain!! The nurses girls felt bad because the Dr wanted me to read those letters from far away, I LITERALLY CANT KEEP MY DAMN EYES OPEN!! My husband and I left because the Dr insisted because I couldn’t read the board there was nothing she could do. We went to Grand Haven Hospital and literally got the best care of my life!! I can't say enough good things about this urgent care! The staff is incredibly friendly and always takes my whole family seriously. They make sure to take their time with each of us, never rushing through appointments. Everyone there is very approachable and kind, making any wait time completely worth it. We always feel well-cared for and genuinely listened to. Highly recommend!
They suck ! Don't go
We to health point urgent care , I was very weak in my legs and arms but could still walk .i felt really sick . Dr said I was fine bc I walked in there . Nothing they could do . I went to ER u was severely dehydrated. I would never go back here ever
