Nurse practitioner Ashley fugate has the nastiest attitude I’ve genuinely ever encountered. I have gone to this clinic (south western medical clinic ) since I was 12 years old, at least over 10 years. I tried to ignore her rude and condescending attitude through quite a few appointments but I could literally not handle her lack of care for patients concerns, lack of knowledge, and her horrible attitude. Do they answer the phone? trying to reach the clinic no answer
The staff up front was really nice but the old female Dr that helped me was a joke! She rushed thru everything and made me feel like I was bothering her because I couldn’t get into my actually Dr the same day for eye problems that are really sever. She prescribed me something that didn’t even fix the problem it’s actually getting worse. Basically misdiagnosed my eyes. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else! Hard to believe a Dr would make someone in need feel that way
Dr Jones is a big waste of time, I think he wants me to die. The hospital found a huge 20 mm lump on my lung two months ago and it gotten 2 mm bigger last month and doctor Jones wants to wait another month to do another CT scan for it to spread for another month. Anyone knows you don't wait that long for a lump that's size that he knows it's only getting bigger to just do another CT scan, he should of had a biopsy or something done by now.
