Todd Haney is very unprofessional. He will be lazy and not give you a real evaluation. He will tell you that you are fine and not prescribe you any medicine. Pay a lot of money just for nothing and then have to miss work and go to the hospital because you are so sick and never got a prescription or treatment . He has done this multiple times.
I was very sick and almost died. Even so I made sure my visits were pre-authorized. I had to go three times. Two of my claims were processed correctly. One of them an Angela keeps calling to tell me about a balance. I served my country and The Mission Act covers me. The service to my country is why I’m sick and almost died. It is very unfortunate and sad to say this was the worst clinical experience I have witnessed. The staff were very much friendly, however, I was provided with absolutely no paperwork after my visit and rushed out the door. This is not the level of comprehensive and empathic care we strive to provide clients with in the field of medicine. I hope these discrepancies are addressed in the future.
I've had to frequent this clinic about once a month for the last 5 months. Everyone on both sides of the building are absolutely excellent. It's very clear though that the poor receptionist needs a vacation or ample time off. She gives me an extremely hard time each time I visit no matter what. She usually gets really snappy for no reason, as well. Perhaps, she has some struggles at this time. What a wonderful establishment there, despite the cranky front help sometimes.
