Why can I not get a copy of my bill with all the billing codes including the code for the surgical center. The center being privately owned by the Dr's is making this difficult and I have been in circles for almost a year trying to get payment from my insurance because of it.
TLDR: after having a shoulder surgery with Dr. James Lebolt and his PA Brian Burns, I firmly do not recommend this office. Similar to what I’m seeing from other low reviews, I wasn’t listened to even slightly. I also experienced significant medical gaslighting and ableism. I fully believe I would’ve had a better outcome with a team who has worse surgical skills but actually knows how to listen. Great experience working with Dr. Laura Mattson! She was very kind and knowledable and I felt very comfortable as she easily used ultrasound to guide the steroid injection right to my median nerve. I also really appreciated how she was able to fit me in her scheduled sooner. Would definitely recommend working with her if you struggle with Carpal tunnel or if you're in need of a different procedure.
