If you're looking for a doctor that cares and will take you seriously, this is the place to go! Dr Matisoff and Dr Elders are by far the best doctors I've ever had and I can't recommend this place enough!
The caucasian woman answering the phones here is terrible and heartless!!! She should be fired immediately! Rude and cold. Treated my client so poorly. She wouldn't let us speak to a supervisor about our concern and just got angry and yelled at us! Absolutely unacceptable
Truly disappointing healthcare with no consent-based practices, LGBTQ+ affirming care or any patience. I'll request doctors to wear masks and they won't. I'll ask for referrals I clearly need and get denied. I'll ask for certain tests or procedures and they'll refuse to do it unless I call a manager? So weird.
