A perfect example of everything wrong with the US healthcare system. Under-provide, over-charge, let corporate tire them out if they fight back. Dr Brooks, why did you originally want to become a doctor? You worked so hard to get where you are, and now you just play into the system. I wish for so much better for you.
Corewell Family Medicine has really gone downhill in terms of service, I used to LOVE coming here and it’s only been a little over a year since I’ve come to them for primary care. I was seeing Dr. Leighton who I absolutely loved, but when we switched insurances I had to change my PCP, when we got a new insurance that she was in network I tried to switch back and the receptionist that I spoke with was so rude and unpleasant. The first impression is your front office staff and this gets negative stars for me! As a first time mom, I was very eager to chat with the staff unfortunately the receptionist DEJA, was so awful that I don't even want to call back or visit the office. I asked about delayed vaccine scheduling and she asked me what I meant and said she didn't know what I was talking about. When I explained it she said oh ya I think we do that. How can I trust that?
