Unfortunately, I’ve never had a pleasant experience here. This time they are not responding to any of my voicemails and are not giving me any information about refilling my prescriptions. Sadly, I believe I’m going to have to turn to an Amazon doctor to receive my prescription which makes me really sad, but I’m not going to call a third time to ask for my medication.
A perfect example of everything wrong with the US healthcare system. Under-provide, over-charge, let corporate tire them out if they fight back. Dr Brooks, why did you originally want to become a doctor? You worked so hard to get where you are, and now you just play into the system. I wish for so much better for you.
Corewell Family Medicine has really gone downhill in terms of service, I used to LOVE coming here and it’s only been a little over a year since I’ve come to them for primary care. I was seeing Dr. Leighton who I absolutely loved, but when we switched insurances I had to change my PCP, when we got a new insurance that she was in network I tried to switch back and the receptionist that I spoke with was so rude and unpleasant.
