The staff here is borderline incompetent. They do not complete prior authorizations in a timely manner. They cancel appointments for issues they say have been addressed and then you find out it was all a lie and they did nothing. They claim they make calls and leave voicemails but there is no proof of the phone calls. It would just be easier if they did their job and stopped gaslighting their patients!! Even when their patient advocate gets involved nothing changes!

There’s this one lady who works the front desk who consistently ruins the experience for me. I see Dr. Leighton and she’s phenomenal but the girl at the front desk is constantly rude and doesn’t know a thing and won’t do anything unless you tell her you talked to her supervisor Ashley. I don’t remember her name unfortunately but she usually has her hair up and acrylics on and is on the thinner side.

I had a good exam with Dr. Brooks and everyone was very friendly and kind and did their jobs well.

Had an appointment scheduled in 6 months advance. They cancelled it by text and I had to call them to reschedule when they should have called me. Then they wanted me to come in on an earlier appoint that week but I told them I needed around 3. she came back with over 2 months later and said it was a physical and I wanted a later appointment and that was the best they can do.
