Must be severely understaffed because EVERY TIME we try to call to make our sons appointments, we are on hold/kept ringing for 10 minutes or more… Why can’t I just make a simple appointment without wasting chunks of my day sitting on the phone??? And the appointment “can’t be scheduled online” Make it make sense Corewell
The front desk staff is amazing, the nurses are amazing and our doctor is the absolute best. Always on top of things, kind, helpful and very thorough!
They never have doctors or open appointments it should not matter if I call at 8:00am or 8:30 am my child doesn't get seen unless I take her somewhere else so if you have a child who never wakes up sick then this place is perfect. If you have real child who get sick at anytime then look for a better doctors office I know I am.
I am incredibly disappointed with my experiences with this group as of late. My child has been a patient since birth (now 10). We have had 2 different doctors. We were never informed when either left. My daughter was recently sick. We had to briefly change insurance when my husband changed jobs. I called to make her an appointment and was told just go to urgent care because some lazy receptionist didn’t want to fill out boxes on a screen.
