Thank you to Brie at Corplus Norwich. I was in a mess as someone overseas had taken over my Corplus Debit card. Thankfully Corplus Fraud noticed very quickly and deactivated my card. Brie helped me through the reporting process and helped me to get a new card. I was so impressed with her professionalism and her kind, understanding and caring attitude. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE :) 😀
The customer care team is making me count my days with core plus. The account rep asked me for my account number which I asked for identification purposes or for the charge purpose. And she responded “uhhh I’d imagine so”. Like what kind of response is this??? You’re the expert you should be confident in asking me the questions. Really really irritating to where I don’t even enjoy talking to the care representatives. And I’ll be changing banks.
Use a bigger bank. If you make a payment it doesn't post the same day and they will blame you for being late. Life happens and these people don't care. Terrible local bank.
