My first coreology class and it was SO fun. Definitely felt like I got a hard working workout in, the shakes were inevitable. The instructor was amazing - SHOUT OUT TRISHA!! The instructions and demonstrations were clear and helpful. I've taken other Pilates reformer inspired classes and I like how this one was structured and comprehensive of the whole body. Parking is free up to two hours in the structure (huge win for parking in LA).
So glad I found Coreology!! I’ve been consistently going for about 8 months now and have been loving every moment! Free and plenty of parking available. Shoutout to Nicole, the best instructor ever!! Her classes are easy to follow with great verbal and tactile cueing. I always have a kickass workout with her!!
Great fitness studio with awesome instructors! They make adjustments for all levels and let you go at your pace, but don’t let that fool you it’s intense, you’ll sweat, and sometimes wonder why you did this to yourself but overall an amazing workout! I’ve been coming here for two years now and it never gets easier you just get stronger.
