So glad I found Coreology!! I’ve been consistently going for about 8 months now and have been loving every moment! Free and plenty of parking available. Shoutout to Nicole, the best instructor ever!! Her classes are easy to follow with great verbal and tactile cueing. I always have a kickass workout with her!!
Great fitness studio with awesome instructors! They make adjustments for all levels and let you go at your pace, but don’t let that fool you it’s intense, you’ll sweat, and sometimes wonder why you did this to yourself but overall an amazing workout! I’ve been coming here for two years now and it never gets easier you just get stronger.

If you're looking to be tortured in the best possible way you've found it! Coreology has been one of the best workouts ever! I've been going consistently 2 times a week for about 8 months now, and I saw results at about 3 months. Nicole is one of THE best instructor/person ever!! She helps with form and is so patient but pushes you to do your best! Love it, I plan to keep this in my workout routine.
