Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The customer service at the front desk needs significant improvement. The receptionist often comes across with a negative attitude and doesn't make members feel welcome. A friendlier, more enthusiastic person in that role would make a big difference for both the gym and its members. I've also noticed what feels like favoritism. Es un gym limpio, organizado y donde los workouts son variados, muy bien planificados y divertidos. El personal siempre esta pendiente de que todo este en orden, los coaches sacan lo mejor de mi y logras superar y aprender cosas nuevas.
